lunch salad

take the ingreadence of your favorit sandwich ( bread is optinal ) cut into bute size or a little larger. place on a bed of your favorit brand of chips (i recomend reguler potato chips) then add one or more of the following
*pickles
*pickle juice
* olives
*olive juice
( somthing sour, to add flavor. somthing juice, to add texture. )
eat with a fork
enjoy

chicken salad july 30 2011

put in bowl

caned chicken
graded carrots (cheese graders work well )
graded fresh lemon peal ( see above)
graded onion (leftover frozen ones work best ) (see above)
cilantro - chopped/ torn

add

mayo- (about 1/3 of whats in the bow)

garlic salt
ground pepper
pinch of paprika
lemon juice ( about 2 tsp )

mix together

serve on toast, bread, or plain

experiment make your own creations

ps you don't need all this stuff for it to taste good. just a little creativity:)

meat balls! ---yes i know how that sounds

1. thaw out meat ( i like hamburger )
2. place meat in big bowl
add stale bread, 1 egg
3. mix (works best with hands )
4. add lemon peal, dried garlic, cilantro, Italian seasonings salt & pepper. -feel free to add/ change the seasinings!
5.if too dry add 1 more egg
if too wet add more bread




6. heat frying pan with enough oil to cover bottom with about 1.5 cm. (works best w/ a deep pan - not a sause pan)
7. ball meat mix
8.cook meat mix (low heat works best)


9. cool
10. eat

tips from willowtab- grill

-`i luv things salty- you may need to edit my seasonings. (on all recipes)

when cooking hamburgers on a electric grill- add about a teaspoon of liquid smoke- this will make them taste like they where cooked over a open flame (same thing with hot dogs)

kids who want onion taste on there burger but think onion rings are too spicy- cut the rings into 1/2 inch peaces

brown meat

tips~ no spices

step 3

add pasta sauce

step 4

add rice to meat

step 5

add cheese

step 6

cook @ 350

till cheese melts

step 7

pasta casoral

step 1

cook hambger

tips- lemmon peal, garlic, salt, pepper, -to tast

step 2

cook noodles

tips-
add salt and butter to watter-
-spiral noodles
-place noodles in watter befor boil

step 3

mix chese and pasta sause in with meat

step 4

mix in noodles

step 5

heat in oven at 350 till chese melts.

step 6

surve!
