-boil some eggs.remove from hot water & cool in a bowl w/ cold water
-then cut in long way. take the yolk out,and place in a bowl.
-mush egg yolk.
-add 1/2 as much mayo as yolk. then add 1/2 as much musterd as mayo. stir
-add 1/4 as much honey as musterd. & 1/2 as much viniger as honney. stir
-add few shakes of paprika & cilantro. stir
-put in mix the white.
- top w/few shakes of paprika, cilantro & ground thyme
- EAT
